Vintage International Harvester R28 Implement wrench. This is stamped R28 with the IHC logo. the wrench is well used. it looks like someone sand blasted this as most of the rust is gone, it does show some pitting, it has hammer marks on it and has a slight bow to it-see pics. the IHC logo is worn also, it measure approx 9" long
